The 10-Week Immersion Program is intensive, and we are extremely focused on giving you tangible results in a short period of time.

Course Details

Who can participate? Existing students and anyone 13+ who has completed the Fundamentals of Krav Maga Program and/or is very competent in striking and movement. 
Program Location: Parramatta & The Ponds
Program schedule: Starts February 2nd, 2022
Program Duration: 10 Weeks from the start date

What you’ll learn:

You’ll acquire proven tactics and techniques to prevent and deal with threats that you could face.

Each weekly session, lasting 1.5 hours, will be focused on one major theme. You’ll gain the necessary fighting tools to help you neutralise threats and attacks. As you progress through the program, you’ll also learn about conflict, what it does to you, how to handle it, and ultimately how to prevent it from happening.

Over the course of 10 weeks, you’ll learn the core fundamentals of Krav Maga and self-defence.

The focus of this program is to give you practical self-defence skills to protect yourself from the 10 most common threats people experience.

There is a strong focus on teaching you how to be assertive or aggressive when required, how to show determination and practical solutions in real-world scenarios.

As this program gives you an opportunity to experience the benefits of Krav Maga for the first time, you will gain a basic understanding of self-defence.

You’ll acquire proven tactics and techniques to prevent and deal with threats that you could face. Among the skills you learn are chokes, bearhugs, headlocks, grabs, basic ground techniques and how to use combative strategies.

As you progress through the program, you’ll also learn about conflict, what it does to you, how to handle it, and ultimately how to prevent it from happening.

This program gives you a comprehensive arsenal of tools that are ideal for the beginner. These are the basic strategies you can use to keep yourself safe from danger.
