KMS is one of the best experiences I've encountered in Self Defence and Martial Arts. Although I only trained at Krav Maga Systems for 6 months, in that time I learned to many valuable skills in not only self-defence but in leading a more confident life. Kurt is one of the best Krav Maga instructor. His team is very passionate to teach real self-defense techniques, which are very much practical & effective in real life scenarios. I have been training here for about six months now and I have really enjoyed my time here so far. The instructors are phenomenal and very patient, the content is excellent and focuses on real self defence skills that work against anyone, and can be applied regardless of someones size or strength.... The practitioners learning Krav Maga are also down to earth and everyone here gets along very well with one another. My confidence in my ability to defend myself out on the street against a single/multiple attackers has grown substantially in a very short period of time and I encourage anyone regardless of their height, age, weight, size or strength who actually wants to learn a self defence system that is simple but effective to come and give it a try.read more

I've been training here for 2 and a half years now and from all the different martial arts I've trained, this is the most realistic training you can do for self defense. No-nonsense yet comprehensive and highly integrated self-defence system. Professional yet personable instructors that will walk with you every step of the way. Having been a practitioner for a number of years on and off, it has provided me with an excellent way to stay fit, boost confidence,... improve coordination, and most of all, leave classes knowing that i can better assess situations and protect my friends, family and myself if need be. You don't have to be big or strong, you just have to be willing to give it a crack. Highly recommended.read more

I looked online for awhile to find a self defence class that I could connect with. Something that just made sense to me. And when I read about Krav Maga Systems it just clicked. If your looking for practical real world self defence this is it. I've been doing the women's only self defence class for... about 5/6 months now and it has really helped build my confidence and awareness. The defence taught is not static but usually practiced in pairs or groups - and after the current topic for that class is at it's end you have the option to be tested even further by a simulated scenario with attackers to help you get stronger in your defence. This class has taught me the importance of quick fast aggressive and decisive attacks and that there is no set sequence of defence moves to achieve good defence but a multitude of tools you can draw upon to increase your chance of getting away / surviving an attack. After the current topic is complete new topics are offered. Really happy I came here. It's a great enviroment with great instructors.read more
