Attention all new students and existing members: Please Read!

COVID-19 has greatly impacted martial arts and self-defence schools world wide. Much of our industry has been shutdown completely and may never recover. We are both fortunate and grateful that we are not part of this sad statistic.

Our commitment to the safety and wellbeing of you, and the Krav Maga Systems community, has never wavered. Instead it has grown stronger than ever. Krav Maga Systems values our responsibility to the health, safety and wellbeing of our students, staff and community, including both their physical and mental wellbeing. Safety in training is our number one priority at all levels.

To enable us to look after our community, there are changes to our policies and how classes operate. The procedures in place will ensure our venues are as safe or safer than shops, schools and most other public areas.

This page highlights some of the changes you can expect. As we are working our way through these unchartered times, we thank you for your support, patience and understanding. Every effort has been made to ensure our new procedures are optimally implemented but should further alterations need to be made, we will inform you of these as they arise.

Please take the time to read this document carefully and discuss the new procedures with your family and those it applies to.

Pricing Guide:

PLEASE NOTE: The following pricing guide is for all new and existing members.

Over the past few months, like many businesses, we have had to dramatically change the way in which we operate. Our class sizes have been restricted and will continue to be for some time. With increased rents, insurances and and the payment of staff and services, continuing with our previous pricing model is not financially viable.

Members who have been with Krav Maga Systems for an extended length of time will realise that our new pricing may represent a substantial increase to what you have paid in the past. Some members have been charged our initial setup prices previously, and these prices were not updated over time. Under our new pricing model, all students will pay a standard rate.

At Krav Maga Systems, we endeavour to provide value for money for all our our members. Rest assured, that we will continue to offer bonus events such as Masterclass, regular bootcamp and other programs. You will also receive inclusion into our Zoom learning path and gain access to our new online learning system!

What you need to do for safe training.

All students must be dressed and ready for Krav Maga on arrival. They must be wearing full, clean uniform, including protective gear. If unwell prior to training, do not attend the centre.

Students must not enter the community centre until requested. A KMS Team member will be waiting at the front entrance to guide students inside. All students must be ready five minutes prior to their session start time. Entry will only be through the front door. Upon entry, every person’s hands must be sanitised.

Please maintain social distancing outside whilst waiting and ensure carpark safety is always practiced. Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times in the carpark. Prospective students attending for a free trial will be greeted outside by a KMS Team member for advice. Signage will be provided to assist with this process.

Parents are not allowed to enter the building without prior arrangement. In those instances, parents MUST register their details prior to entry. This is a compulsory requirement to ensure contact tracing can be done accurately if necessary. Parents will be required to sign in their child when they arrive.

At the end of the session, parents must wait outside. Students will exit with a KMS Team member.  Ensure you are punctual for pickup as tardiness will greatly interfere with our processes.

All payments and queries must be made via phone or email.
