Designed using an extra-wide and tight elastic strap with additional velcro cup pouch, these jocks allow you to use other cups at any time. Sizing Guide:

Groin Guard size is measured by waist size
XS is for children under 12 years of age
Small is for bigger sized children, small teenagers and adults, from 50 to 65kgs
Medium is for medium sized teenagers and adults from 65 to 85kg
Large and Extra Large are for bigger teenagers and adults.
